For MGAs & program administrators
A modern claims experience for your program, without building one
Offer policyholders a branded, guided photo inspection from a text link, and give your in-house team or TPA partners the same organized report on every auto file.

The problem
Why programs struggle with claims inspections
-
The claim is part of the product
Policyholders judge a program by how easy it is to report a loss and get it moving.
-
Partners work differently
When each TPA or vendor collects photos its own way, files are hard to compare, audit and hand off.
-
Limited IT bandwidth
Building and maintaining a custom inspection app isn't realistic for most program teams.
What your program gets
A complete inspection workflow, ready to configure
-
Program branding
Your program's name, colors and logo on invitations, the capture experience and reports.
-
Standard templates
Define the photos and questions every auto file needs, by loss type, starting from built-in presets.
-
Role-based access
Give in-house staff and partner adjusters the access they need, with an audit trail of what changed.
-
Data kept separate
Your organization's claims, photos and reports are isolated from every other customer's.
-
API and webhooks
Connect your policy or claims administration system when you're ready. It isn't required to start.
-
Program reporting
Track volume, completion and turnaround across the program, with a weekly summary by email.
How it works
How a program rolls it out
- 01
Configure the program
Add your branding, choose templates for your loss types and invite your team and partners.
- 02
Send links as claims come in
Your team, a partner or your claims system sends the policyholder a secure inspection link.
- 03
Review or route the file
Your team reviews the report, or routes the file to the partner or field adjuster who handles it.
Consistent evidence
The same documentation on every file, whoever handles it
Templates set the standard and AI keeps photo quality up, so a file reviewed in-house looks like one handled by a partner.

Frequently asked questions
What does setup involve?
Mostly configuration. Branding, templates and user accounts are set up in the dashboard, and we scope the details with you during a pilot.
Can our TPA partners use the platform?
Yes. Partner adjusters can have their own accounts with role-based access, or your team can share reports and photo sets with them.
Do we need an integration?
No. You can run entirely from the web dashboard. The REST API and webhooks are there when you want to connect your systems.
Is policyholder data kept separate?
Yes. Each customer organization's data is isolated, and access within your organization is controlled by role.
