Before you book
Do policyholders or staff need to download an app?
No. They open a secure link from a text or email and capture guided photos in their phone's browser. Field adjusters who capture on site can use the iPhone app.
Can we start small?
Yes. We typically begin with a focused pilot on a defined set of claims or vehicles, then expand based on what you see.
Does it work with our claims system?
Teams can work entirely in the Complete iQ dashboard, or create inspections and pull reports and photos through our REST API and signed webhooks.
Does the AI make claim decisions?
No. AI checks photo quality and highlights findings for review. Coverage, liability and payment decisions stay with your adjusters.
