Complete iQ Inspect

For fleet & rental operators

Consistent condition reports at every check-out and return

Your staff walk each vehicle with guided capture. Every unit gets a time-stamped photo set and a clear verdict, so damage questions are answered with evidence instead of memory.

The problem

Where condition checks break down

  • Inconsistent check-ins

Different staff photograph vehicles differently, and angles get skipped when the lot is busy.

  • Disputed damage

Without a clear record at check-out and return, it's hard to show when damage happened.

  • Scattered photos

Photos on personal phones and shared drives are hard to find when a question comes up weeks later.

What your operation gets

Built for the lot, not just the claims office

  • Guided condition checks

A checklist of angles and items so every unit is documented the same way, whoever does the check.

  • A clear verdict

Each check ends with a pass, needs-attention or incomplete result your team can act on.

  • Fresh captures only

Checklist photos come straight from the camera, not the device's photo library, so the record is current.

  • Time-stamped evidence

Every photo records when it was taken and, when the device allows, where.

  • A registry of your units

Add units by unit number and VIN, which fills in year, make and model, and see each unit's last check.

  • Connect your fleet system

A signed webhook fires when a check is submitted, with the verdict, so your systems can update the unit.

How it works

How a condition check works

  1. 01

    Start a check

Pick the unit in the fleet dashboard and start a turnaround. A secure link and access code are ready for your staff member.

  2. 02

    Walk the vehicle

Guided steps cover each corner, the roof and your checklist items, in the phone's browser with nothing to install.

  3. 03

    Get the verdict

The check is scored pass, needs attention or incomplete, and lands on the unit's record.

  4. 04

    Use it when it matters

When damage is questioned, pull up the time-stamped photo sets from that unit's check-out and return.

Evidence you can stand behind

A record of each unit's condition, every time it changes hands

Checks follow the same steps every time, so the record holds up when you compare one handoff with the next.

  • The same checklist on every unit, at every location
  • Live camera capture with time and, when permitted, location
  • AI suggestions on evidence photos, such as a damage gauge card or the tire-pressure display, for staff to review

Frequently asked questions

Who takes the photos?

Your own staff. They open the check on their phone's browser from a secure link, so there's nothing to install.

Can we compare check-out and return?

Each check is saved against the unit with its photos and verdict, so you can pull up the record from any earlier check when a question comes up.

Can we customize the checklist?

Yes. The condition checklist is a template your administrators can adjust to match your process.

Does AI judge damage on returns?

It helps. When a check includes evidence photos such as a damage gauge card, the tire-pressure display or a tread gauge, AI suggests a result and adds its findings to the checklist item for your staff to review.

Does it handle damage claims too?

Yes. When a unit is damaged, the same platform handles the claim inspection, review and follow-up photo requests.
