Milestones and activity
Track each claim's milestones and see every request, submission, message and note in order.
-
Supplements
Reopen a claim for a supplement, request targeted photos from the claimant and keep its documents separate from the original.
-
Reports, photos and documents
Download the PDF report and the full photo set, and keep estimates and supporting documents with the claim.
-
Resend or redirect
Resend an invitation, or change the phone number or email, without creating a new request.

Frequently asked questions
Does it replace our claims system?
No. Complete iQ Inspect handles the vehicle inspection and its review, and connects to your claims system through the REST API and webhooks.
Who can see what?
Access is role-based within your organization, and changes are recorded in an audit trail.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Reports download as PDFs, photo sets as ZIP files, and everything is available through the API.
Can claimants reply to us?
Claimants respond through their inspection link. If they need more time or a new link, your team can extend or resend it from the claim.
