- 02
Review the shortlist
Compare distance, workload, experience and the plain-language match reason for each candidate.
- 03
Send the offer
The adjuster accepts in the app, and the claim's assignment updates everywhere at once.
- 04
Capture on site
The adjuster follows guided steps in the app, and the photos land in the same claim file and report.

Frequently asked questions
Is there an Android app?
The field app is currently available for iPhone. Claimant self-inspections run in any modern phone browser, including Android.
Can we dispatch our own adjusters and vendors?
Yes. Dispatch ranks the field adjusters on your organization's roster. Adjusters without the app can still receive offers by text or email and be assigned manually.
Does dispatch happen automatically?
No. The system ranks and explains the candidates, and a dispatcher chooses who gets the offer.
Can field adjusters also send remote inspections?
Yes. Users with permission to create requests can send a self-inspection link from the app, or capture the vehicle themselves on site.
