SMS & RCS Opt-In and Opt-Out Policy
How Complete iQ Inc. obtains your consent to send transactional inspection messages — and how you can opt out at any time.
Who we are
Complete iQ Inc. (“Complete iQ”) operates Complete iQ Inspect, a self-service vehicle and property inspection platform used by insurance carriers and their third-party administrators (TPAs) to gather the photos and details needed to process an active insurance claim. We act as a service provider to the carrier; we do not market to, sell to, or solicit consumers directly.
How claimants opt in
Complete iQ does not collect phone numbers directly from consumers. Consent is captured by the insurance carrier during the claim intake process, and your phone number is shared with Complete iQ only in the context of an open claim so we can deliver the inspection message on the carrier’s behalf.
What a typical message looks like
Opt-in policy
Complete iQ sends messages exclusively to claimants who have filed an active insurance claim with one of our partner carriers or TPAs. We do not send marketing, promotional, broadcast, or list-based messages of any kind. Every message is tied to a specific claim number, identifies the carrier and Complete iQ as the sender, and links to a single time-boxed inspection workflow that expires after 7 days.
Consent is captured by the carrier at the point of claim intake and is required before any inspection request can be created in Complete iQ.
Opt-out policy
You can opt out of Complete iQ messages at any time, free of charge, by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send:
We honor opt-out requests immediately. Once you opt out, your phone number is recorded as opted-out at the Complete iQ platform level, and no further messages will be sent to that number for any claim, under any partner carrier, until you opt back in. You can opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP.
Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information for support. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Message types you may receive
- Inspection invitation — sent once when a carrier creates a new inspection request tied to your claim.
- Reminder — sent if an inspection is incomplete after 24–72 hours.
- Supplement request — sent if the carrier needs additional photos for an existing claim.
- Completion confirmation — sent once after you submit your inspection.
Typical message frequency: 1–3 messages per claim.
Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) compliance
Complete iQ operates in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). All messages are strictly transactional — sent only in the context of an active insurance claim, with consent captured at intake by the carrier, and with a clear and free unsubscribe mechanism honored immediately on every message.
