Express claims
A lighter track for simple auto claims
Express sends the claimant a short, fixed photo set. On submission a sufficiency review and rules-based triage sort the file into the right level of review, with a desk adjuster in control throughout.

How Express works
Less to capture, clear rules for what happens next
-
A short, fixed photo set
Four sides of the vehicle, the VIN plate, license plate and odometer, plus up to two optional damage photos. Never more than nine steps.
-
Identity checks kept
VIN, plate and odometer are never dropped, because they're the evidence a remote decision depends on.
-
Rules-based triage
Each file is sorted as a remote-settle candidate, a desk review or a follow-up photo request, with the reasons in the report.
-
Automatic follow-up
When photos fall short, a follow-up request goes out for just the missing shots.
-
Enabled per organization
Express is switched on for each organization that uses it, with a default track for new requests.
-
Triage webhook
A signed webhook reports each triage result so your claims system can route the file.
How it works
The Express path
- 01
Choose the track
Pick Express when you create the request, through the dashboard or the API, or make it your default.
- 02
Short capture
The claimant captures the fixed photo set with the same live checks as a full inspection.
- 03
Triage
The sufficiency review and triage rules run on submission and record the result and reasons.
- 04
Desk decision
Your adjuster reviews the file and makes the call. Anything unusual goes to a fuller review.
Rules, not guesswork
Every triage result shows its reasons
A remote-settle candidate needs minor severity, a VIN that matches the claim and a complete photo set. When any of those is missing, the file goes to a desk review or a follow-up request instead.
- The triage digest appears in the report
- Results are delivered by webhook as well

Frequently asked questions
Which claims suit Express?
Minor vehicle losses where a short photo set and a desk review are enough. You choose the track for each request, or set a default for your organization.
Does Express settle claims automatically?
No. Triage identifies remote-settle candidates and the reasons behind each result. A desk adjuster reviews the file and makes the decision.
What if the photos aren't good enough?
The file is marked as needing more photos, and a follow-up request goes to the claimant for just what's missing.
Is Express available on every account?
Express is enabled per organization. We'll discuss whether it fits your claims during a demo.
