Fewer unusable photos
Problems are caught while the vehicle is still in front of them
Each photo is checked as it's taken. If it's blurry, too dark or shows the wrong part of the vehicle, the person sees why and retakes it on the spot.
- Vehicle photos are taken live in the capture flow
- Every photo records its capture time and, when the device allows, its location
- Your settings decide whether flagged photos must be retaken before submitting
Driver side
Too dark
Let's retake this one
It's too dark to see the side of the vehicle. Move into better light or turn on the flash, then try again.
Frequently asked questions
Which phones does it work on?
Any modern smartphone browser, including Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. There's nothing to install.
How long does an inspection take?
It depends on the template and the vehicle. You decide how many steps each template has, and people can pause and come back to the same link before it expires.
Can people upload photos they already took?
Vehicle photos are captured live in the guided flow. Where a template allows an upload, such as a document attached to a question, it's labeled as an upload in the report.
Who can receive a request?
Anyone with a phone number or email address, such as a policyholder, a third-party claimant or a member of your own staff doing a condition check.
