Accessibility statement

We want everyone who uses inspection360.ai and Complete iQ Inspect, including policyholders completing an inspection on their phone, to be able to do so comfortably.

Our standard

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. That includes keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled form fields, and support for screen readers and browser zoom. We're working to bring the guided inspection experience to the same standard.

How we work toward it

• Automated accessibility checks run against our website pages before release.
• We fix reported problems as part of our normal release work.

Known limitations

Taking guided vehicle photos relies on a phone camera. If you can't complete an inspection yourself, contact the company that sent you the link; they can arrange another way to document the vehicle.
